Good afternoon, team! I can’t hide my joy as I share with you a simple and refreshing recipe for lemonade. This common beverage is not only beneficial to your body it is also perfect for satisfying your thirst. So, let’s get into the process of making this refreshing drink!
Materials required:
5 cups of water
4-6 fresh lemons (depending on the preferred amount.)
1 cup of sugar
Ice cubes
A pitcher
A juicer or citrus squeezer
A spoon for stirring
Sauce Pan
Optional: lemon slices or mint leaves for garnish
Step 1: Juicing the Lemons
Cut the lemons in half and use a juicer. Remove any seeds in the juice.
Step 2: Preparing the sugar Syrup
- In a saucepan, mix the 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 cup of water.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Once dissolved, remove the sugar syrup from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 3: Mixing the Lemonade
- In a pitcher, mix the squeezed lemon juice, the syrup, and 4 cups of water.
